"Brian LaValle is a God Send!! Bought my home for under 20k and Brian has done everything from the basement to the roof!!! Drive by and Look at It. 705 Lundy St Streator. It sat for 5 1/2 years after a destructive foreclosure. There was no bathroom! Everyone Loves my bathroom now. The house looks Modern and heâ  s SO professional and comfortable and has been working on my home for well over a year so we pitched him keys to the house. I slept in the other day while him and his crew, always making sure my cats donâ  t get out, installed my laundry room floor. Never thought something like that could happen! Grade A work! Im So Proud of my house! This guy Checks My House to assure itâ  s sound and safe! The addition was attached to the original house. My roof was stressed and leaking. He â  tiedâ  (their lingo) the 2 lil houses together. Now Iâ  m saving up for him to do the roof. I flipped and remodeled 4 homes of my own when I was younger. This guy is the best. I humbly admit. "I hired these guys last year to build a balcony and porch. Very poor quality the balcony was already cracking and starting to fall within 2 months of install. They didn't sink the studs into concrete. Nothing was straight or level everything looked like crap. Other companies deemed the porch and balcony unsafe it was torn down I would never in my life hire this company again. And the meds they leave behind I'm still picking up screws and concrete a year later."

"I am extremely disappointed with the outcome of their work. They repainted our kitchen cabinets (among other things). The cabinet doors were not all done well and they agreed to fix/redo a few of them but not all of them. Now we are left with cabinet doors side by side that have very different finishes and are even different shades of white. We’ve asked them to honor their warranty and fix the remaining doors so they are all uniform and they have refused. There were numerous other issues as well such as over spray in many places they spilled paint on our brand new floors and left it to dry they put a small hole in our basement doors and there's uneven paint coverage in alot of places. This stuff they agreed to fix but for some reason still refuses to fix the other half of the cabinets that need correcting."

"Dixon Superior Painting did such an amazing job. We had 6 rooms in the house painted, along with epoxy flooring in the garage and basement. I really could not have thought up a better experience. Everything turned out so beautiful! Bryan (the owner) and his team were professional, meticulous and still got everything done in a timely manner. Overall experience was great! I’m definitely looking forward to having the outside of our home painted by them as well."
