Outstanding customer service before and after closing. Some home options seemed a bit expensive. All deadlines for construction were met on time or early. Closing was smooth and on-time. After closing, minor cosmetic repairs were completed immediately and without charge or hassle. Very happy with new home and Lakewood Homes. Highly recommended builder.

WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH OUR SIMI CUSTOM HOME FROM LAKEWOOD HOMES. THERE WERE SOME ISSUES WITH DRYWALL AND NAIL POPS, ALSO SOME UNEVEN TRIM BUT EVERYTHING WAS REPAIRED AT OUR 1 YEAR CHECK IN. I WOULD RECOMMEND LAKEWOOD HOMES TO SOMEONE LOOKING TO BUY A HOME IN A NEW DEVELOPMENT. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EASY TO WORK WITH.
