There was a leak in the kitchen and they fixed it within a few days. They were on time with their estimate, flexible when our insurance didn't cover them, and friendly. They dealt with their customers quickly and professionally at an excellent price

We found Fox Valley Roofing on a Google search engine result page. They replaced the roof on our home and gutters this past summer. It's a great price. They are always professional. I highly recommend it! We couldn't be happier with their service and it was extremely affordable.

As soon as the contract was signed, we couldn’t get a hold of them for weeks via phone or text, no returned calls. Claimed they went “above and beyond” for us, but they left tons of dangerous nails, sharp gutter edges, and roof debris in the yard. They didn’t finish the roof because they didn’t order enough shingles. The next morning it rained and water poured through our roof, attic, and bathroom ceiling. The owner deflected all blame and ghosted us, completely uninterested in resolving the issues his company created. He never even stepped foot on the property to check it out or meet with us.

They did good. Quality was good.

It took a year to get all the small details finished.

THE JOB WAS DONE IN ONE DAY.

We were having a lot of rain and honestly, they did the most incredible job. I think the thing that I liked the most was their consistency. He called me and as soon as we had a good day of weather, they came in the morning and they brought enough people that they could do it all in one day. It was just amazing to me. His name was Mike. He kept calling and saying as soon as we get good weather, we'll be out. He would give me specific information. He would say, alright, this is what is causing this and this is what we have to do about it, and it will be about this much. I loved them and would highly recommend them. It was funny because I kept not getting a bill. I finally got a hold of him and said, send me a bill. He said well my finisher quit on me and I've got all of this stuff I've got to do before I can bill. It was awhile before he came out and said, okay, this is okay, okay, okay, okay, I'll get you a bill. So, I really like his honesty. I like his knowledge, he's very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him.
