"We love our new kitchen cupboards and quartz counters and backsplash. Nermin offered a very fair price, was very communicative, on time and helpful. He made good recommendations to fix issues caused by original cabinet boxes. The countertop and backsplash looks beautiful and it was 2 days to do demo, prep and install. The guys doing the counters were great. For the cabinets, we chose new fronts w/ internal hardware and painting the boxes. The paint is super smooth, quality and looks great. It was 2 days of prep, paint and install. They even came on a weekend and were great to work with. (PHOTOS: Brown cabinets w/ dark counters are BEFORE pics and sage w/ white counters are AFTER. Note: walls haven't been painted.) "

"We were profoundly disappointed with the outcome of the work. There are splinters in the doorway, the entire perimeter is rough and uneven, some of the planks that were newly replaced were cracked and filled with wood filler, nail holes were not filled, they used two different varnishes, there is a gap between the flooring and the cabinet, they did not varnish the floor under/behind the refrigerator, the crew damaged multiple pieces of brand-new furniture and appliances. I also discovered that the crew was drinking beer while working. My husband immediately requested that a new/different contractor be brought in to rectify the mess that HQF had made of our floors. However, we both decided to give them a second chance only if they would send a new crew of workers, ensure that the equipment was functioning properly, and refrain from rushing the job. Frank never responded."

"Everything was completed as promised. When we had concerns or when we found small areas that were missed, they returned to touch up. Ray was very helpful to explain the different types of paint used. Painters were polite and friendly. We rehired them to come back and paint our office shelves and desk. We painted all of our dark wood to white and it looks great. We will definitely hire them again."
