"Jose and his team were great. Very professional and friendly, and the newly stained deck looks awesome. They pressure washed one day and came back to sand and put two coats on in one day. We’ll see how it holds up but I feel good about it."

"I've used Fortune Restoration in the past when I managed condominium buildings. After seeing the cedar siding work they did on a friend's house I decided to call Tom Fortune for my own residence. Tom took the time to listen and called his lead carpenter to discuss the various siding and trim options. He was able to write the estimate on the spot. They started quickly and there were no delays once they began. Their crews were communicative and professional. Tom also stopped by regularly to inspect the workmanship and make sure I was satisfied. Fortune removed the existing metal siding on the house, replaced the soffit and fascia with PVC which was quite labor intensive, sided the gable ends and small front dormer with cedar, stained the new cedar, and painted all the new trim and exterior windows. They left the area in very good condition. I'm very pleased with their responsiveness and quality of the work and recommend them without reservation."

But like any great business or profile, it needs to start somewhere.... and I am so glad we hired Luis to paint and stain our deck. When we were getting estimates, many people have given all kind of estimates. Some will only do one coat, some won't even sand for us. But Luis came in with saying he would do everything with a very competitive price. Besides, everything that he shared with us about how to treat the wood or types of paint is on point (I did my own research too). Last but most importantly, Luis is not pushy at all, he provide his professional opinion and lets you decide! So glad we found Luis, and we are already talking about using him again for our fence. "Steadfast did an excellent job for a very reasonable price, especially considering that they had to hand-paint the beams! Anthony made a number of good suggestions, or things to think about, when he quoted the house. He was very thoughtful and knowledgeable about the color consult, as we were trying to blend the stucco color into the new windows, and we were thrilled with the results! When the power wash revealed a much greater problem with loose paint than he anticipated, Anthony was very apologetic for underestimating the amount of prep time needed and did have to adjust the contracted cost above what was quoted but he only charged a little more than half of what he normally would have charged for the work because he had to do that and he said he takes pride in not changing the quoted price. Natalie and her crew were here promptly every day that week and they were terrific about covering things, being careful about landscaping and cleaning up daily. When a couple of small things were noted (ie not painting the radon pipe and more scraping needed on front porch posts), Anthony and the crew were very responsive and took care of the issues immediately. I would highly recommend Anthony and his people for any painting job!"

"Angel did a great job on refinishing my interior wood window frames on two large corner windows. On day one he came and stripped and put down the new stain. Let this dry out over the weekend and came back on Monday to apply the water based varnish. No bad fumes and a wonderful touch up job with the paint around the wood. I am very pleased with his work and will definitely contact him in the springtime for more work."
