"MQ Painting was very professional in every aspect of the work they completed for us. They power washed every surface prior to painting. All surfaces were sanded or scraped as needed. Two coats of stain we applied to all surfaces. The garage doors were stripped, stained and varnished. The deck railings were completely replaced and painted on a very large deck. Originally, Jose thought only a portion of the railing spindles needed to be replaced. As the job proceeded it was apparent that all spindles and railing wood needed to be replaced. The only additional charge was for the materials, not for labor even though every spindle needed to be individually cut from larger pieces of lumber. MQ was the only painting contractor who bid on our paint job who was willing to do all the woodwork repairs needed on the deck. Other contractors said we'd need to have someone repair the deck and then they would paint it. We appreciated working with just one contractor. Their painting and carpentry work was top notch. All workers were neat, punctual and conscientious. All materials and tools were picked up and stored at the end of every work day. I discovered MQ Painting through Angie's List. I highly recommend MQ Painting and would absolutely hire them again."

They came on at least 3 occasions to put the layers of stain and the final polyurethane coat. They even found that the top of my front door wood trim had never ben stained and they offered to stain it for free. "First, let me say that I was thrilled with the work this company did for us. Sadot was great at communicating with me. He showed up with his crew at 7:00 am, just as he promised, and had the whole project completed by 7:00 pm that same day. We had him remove all of the old cedar boards from our two large decks and replace them with new boards. I also had him install some new posts for a wall I later built on one side of the upper deck. They even did some additional work beefing up some of the deck structure to make the existing posts sturdier. They hauled away all of the old decking and everything was completely cleaned up before they left."

Many painters were not open to both the wood repairs and the painting project, and Anthony was confident in the solutions he recommended and willing to stand by a firm quote. They completed the prep, painting, and the complex wood repairs well. They replaced a large section of siding, which was the most economical and best solution for the areas of deteriorated siding, and left the home looking great. They replaced part of one window sill on an older window, a whole area of siding, and trim and fascia on my porch. Upon removal of the rotted fascia, they found another rotted wood behind, and were able to fix that as well at a reasonable cost. The painting prep and painting was done with attention to detail. They also made a point to leave me with extra paint in case I needed in the future.
