I sent email and received a reply from Billing Mgr at 10:02 am. That is the last I heard from them. Ended up getting work done by another company that actually replied back to me (that same day). With all of the other glowing reviews of this company on Angles list, I'm surprised."

"Punctuality was an issue. They tried to defer to the following day but did finally arrive on the scheduled date after a delay of 6 hours. I had to telephone to discover the delay after they did not arrive at the scheduled time. My primary complaint is that they did considerable damage to my home. Chemicals spilled on the couch, dirty sports from liquid dripping onto the carpet and a damaged wood window blind. The employee moved the blind so aggressively that the mechanism was damaged. Eventually, they took the blind back to their office for repair. It took almost two weeks before the blind was returned repaired with glue - clearly a temporary fix - and the cords were shortened so that the blind no longer covers the full length of the window. I have asked and they agreed to replace the blind. They were given measurements and photos for color matching three different times. Most recently I was told a replacement would be purchased and I would be contacted within 24 hours to make an appointment for the installation. I was able to get this far in the process by making numerous telephone calls and having conversations with management. It has now been almost a week since the replacement was promised and I have yet to hear from them. This has been a 3 week saga and I do not believe they intend to do anything to repair the damage to my home caused by their employee. Do not use this company if you value your home. It is not worth getting an Angie's deal on price to sustain this type of damage and try to deal with a company that does not make good on the damage."
