But, Scott figured out the best solution with little to no damage to the grass. He was hands on with the entire process; form the initial estimate, providing a detailed diagram of the new stairs to me and the village, and obtaining all permits. He answered all my questions and concerns with lots of patients ( I had many questions). When it was time to pour the new stairs, Scott and his crew worked quickly, efficiently, were very detail oriented. I deal with many contractors, Scott was one of the nicest, respectful, and helpful contractors that I ve ever used. He and his crew went above and beyond the job. The stairs came out fabulous.
