It's a tale as old as time... Parent passes away and children have to clear out the home they left behind so they can sell it. We did as much trashing, recycling and giving away/selling of our unwanted items as was humanly possible, but there was still more that we could not remove ourselves. That's where Less Jnk comes in and saves the day and your sanity! We got a free estimate and, less than a week later, Gil and company came to the house and did their thing! Took all the items that we asked them to and then cleaned up after themselves which was a really nice surprise. They even said they would attempt to find a home for items that still had life left in them and not just trash it all. Despite the last-minute request, he handled everything with professionalism, care, and kindness. He coordinated everything flawlessly, emptied the entire condo, and made sure it was ready for closing — all without us having to be there. Gil was on schedule, he and his helper took everything plus stuff I added at last minute, took 25 minutes to haul everything down 2 floors and paid and gone. Will definitely be using again, thanks to Gil and his helper
