"I will start off with the positives. My gutters are very clean, and the staff was very friendly and very polite. They were quick and efficient and arrived and did the work even while it was raining so thank you for keeping the appointment even though the weather sucked, I appreciate that. The negatives are not a huge deal, but the work was a little sloppy. Almost everything that was removed and washed out from my gutters ended up in my landscaping or on my lawn in these large chunks of dead leaves and gunk. It was not taken away, just left laying there, I guess I figured that removal was part of the job. Also, after they left one of the gutter guards was left sitting astray on my roof, I had to climb back up and reinstall it myself, that was pretty frustrating. At the end of the day they did what they came to do, just need to tidy up a bit when they leave next time."
