He was great at talking through the scope of work, providing updates, and offering beneficial consultation. Elvis was very respectful in the way he approached conversations and in his attentiveness to ensuring the areas of my home where the work was being performed were protected and cleaned/organized during and upon job completion. I am truly amazed at all he accomplished on my very long 'list' and appreciative that he did the work with a level of detail and care as he would if it were his own home. That is really hard to find. I have been a customer of Budget Right for many years. I also greatly appreciate the responsiveness, flexibility and focus on customer satisfaction consistently provided by the staff. The lower rating on Price is due to the increases over time and varied work efficiency to complete the job across technicians. As a matter of practice, the office will match their best technician to the scope of work, but if you can't wait for that appointment date, you may get someone who isn't as experienced. The other way to save is to pre-purchase materials needed, to avoid the technician having to spend time at Home Depot or elsewhere. Budget Right is my go-to for jobs big and small for my home and rental property. I highly recommend them.- EILEEN B.

We had been using ProTeam Works for years. We had a regular scheduled gutter cleaning. The worker showed up as scheduled, but said he was unable to complete the work due to not having the tools. So he left after doing nothing. No one showed up for months to do the work, despite multiple calls. The work was eventually done after many calls and threats. We have switched to a new company and will never use them again.

Paramount was a wonderful company to work with. They were always prompt with turnaround on communication and questions. They provided 2 estimates so we could decide what would be best for our budget. Their use of drone technology made getting the estimate and progress updates super easy for me to understand as a layperson. We have a flat roof and that was no problem for them. I was impressed with the quality of materials used and the men who did the work were professional, polite and fast. They followed up afterwards to make sure we were satisfied and Marco provided thorough answers to our questions. I would absolutely recommend Paramount to anyone with roofing needs, and plan to recommend to anyone I know seeking roof repair or replacement.
