This put the project way over budget, and higher than several other offers. All three days of work, Mike showed up late. He texted me the first day saying he needed to drop his son off at school. Fine, but to show up between 10:00am - 10:30am is bad business especially after sending me a text saying you had no other obligations and was going to show up at 8:00am. And worst of all called and texted me with his personal number to avoid Angi list checking on the project. My wife and I are upset with the whole project. Prior to Mike completing his project, he was asked to look at the sill plate on the sun porch. He He attempted to look at it and said he would need to remove a lower panel to get in order to inspect it properly and quote the price. He stated that he would have to leave ok at it the next day when he had his tools with. He never quoted us the sill plate price or removed the lower panel for inspection services."
