Terminix - Springfield -Termite & Pest Control

They come every month and it's $48 a month.  They've raised their rates twice in the last two years.  In addition to their monthly, I've had to have them out here a couple of times extra.  Whenever I've had a problem, they sent somebody right out.

The annual fee has gone up. I’m not satisfied with how they bill me and I’m not satisfied when they come out in the cold weather.

The customer service rep set me an appointment up for Saturday after I told her that because of work that was the only day I could be there for it. She told me they would be at my house between 8am and noon. So after sitting aroind all day and noone showed up, I gave them a call and they said they had me scheduled for Monday. I then re-explained to them that ot was not possible and that my origional appointment was for Saturday and they then hada service manager contact me. He promised that a technician would be out within a few hours. Again, I waited around for the rest of the day and finally late that evening the service tech called and said he would not make it. So I expressed how disappointed I was in their lack of professionalism and failure to communicate and that because of that I would find another service provider.

On several occasions, they've left voice messages saying when they will be at the house, but they never actually show up for the appointment.  Additionally, the technicians aren't really courteous or friendly when doing the work.

We've been using them for a number of years, and everything is going well.  The technicians are friendly and efficient, and the treatment has been effective.

They're a bit pricey, but it's a local business which I like.  Furthermore, they respond quickly to any problems, they send the same technician every time, and the treatment has been reasonably effective.

They are always prompt and professional. I've used Terminix for a number of years for both termite and pest control.

We've been using their services for about eight years.  The technicians are always courteous and timely, and they do the inspections on schedule.

Joe has been doing the work for us for at least 20 years, and it's been a good experience.  He always responds quickly if we have an issue, he's very friendly and personable, and he encourages us to call with any problems.

Ultimately, they were very expensive, and I started using another company with more competitive rates.

Unfortunately, Terminix's chemicals made my pets and myself very ill, and the company blew me off when I brought the issue to their attention.  My cat actually had to stay in the hospital for four days because she was so ill.  It was for these reasons that I stopped using their services and found another company for pest control.

They seem to know what they are doing. They alert me before coming out. They do what they say they are doing. Their staffs are professional and very patient. What I don’t like is the cost. The cost increases every year, and it is to the point now that I feel it is exorbitant.

The person who sprays, his name is Chuck, has given me his cell phone number and has come out on the drop of a hat to investigate any problems we have had. He has been really attentive and given personalized care. It is the same person who comes out every single time. It is small town care for a corporate organization.
