As far as I know the oil and filter change is done correctly--I'm sure it is. I used a $5-off coupon which took the $37 down to $32, and then back up to $35 after tax.
My only problem is the several offers for increased services. Perhaps everything was reasonable, with the possible exception of the "clean the fuel injection system" for another $59. But still, I get tired of saying NO.
But, I'd be willing to use their services again. And I probably will.
