We wanted can lighting in our guest bedroom but he said he could not do it with the current attic set up. So, he installed two new track lighting systems. He recommended LED. They do look better, but I'm overall not crazy about them. It basically took the whole day to install plus I had to go out and buy the "very expensive lights". "The original work did not go so well with the installation of our recessed lighting and that was written up by Angie's List.  The owner of the company, Javier, came to our house and inspected the work that he team did and saw that it was unsatisfactory.  He is going to put more lights in our house and he will do the work himself.  The work performed the 2nd time was 6 recessed lights in my living room and 2 additional in the family room.  Javier and his helper were fantastic and the finished product is outstanding.  I would definitely use them again in the future.

The reason I am bringing up the grade is that Javier took the time to come inspect the work that was done and was doing anything possible to rectify the situation of turning an upset customer to a happy one.  He demonstrated accountability and excellent customer service of fixing the problem.
