We have/had a very small kitchen space in our typical 3 bedroom brick ranch in Chicago. We hired Pawel to remove the adjoining bedroom which we've converted into dining space. Overall we are very satisfied with the work. It didn't take long for John to review our initial drawings and issue a quote and get the job scheduled. Between the time we scheduled the job and when work actually began we made some changes to the plans and John and his guys were able to accommodate. They also found some relatively shoddy workmanship from the builders of our townhome and did their best to point out areas that needed attention. The initial demo and framing went very well and moved quickly. After demo and framing there were times when communication wasn't the best and there were many days when work wasn't done and we weren't kept up to date on the schedule, which I understand is very typical for this type of job and not unique to John and his guys. I do wish he would have used a different electrician. He was pretty messy and rarely showed up and we still have some minor flickering with the lights in our master bedroom. The finishes are excellent and John's tile work was very good. The custom vanity they built for our master is excellent and it's fits perfectly. The shower glass is just what we wanted. Overall I was vey happy with the outcome despite some minor frustrations with the process. I would definitely call John again for other major jobs.

"Work went very well.  Rewiring took 3 days and the another day for installing plugs and lights.  Javier and his crew listen to what I wanted and got it done with no problems.

"Suddenly the power goes out at my father's house in Chicago. Then git came back on in an hour. He said it happens quite frequently. I searched for a Chicago electrician and Arnold Electric came up first. They had great reviews so I gave them a call. Jack came out to gave him an estimate for a whole home generator. Jack came out and answered all of our questions. He made some great suggestions. He went with the Kohler home back up generator installed instead of the Generac because handle the extra surge of the AC kicking on and not hurt my electronics. We were lucky he didn't didn't need it during the storms this weekend, but having the home generator gave us all piece of mind that if he did need back up power it was there. Jack and his Chicago electricians are the best! They are now our family electricians."
