"On November 15th Chicago was hit with some extreme wind gusts that caused my water heater pilot light to extinguish. I thought this was a simple reset, but the problem was more complicated. I learned the electrode was defective. Had I undertaken this project as a DIY, I would have spent more time than I would have cared to try to figure out why I could not get a flame for my water heater. I was smart to call Four Seasons. My technician figured out the problem quickly. There are times when calling a professional makes sense. I am not an expert on water heaters outside of knowing how to turn it on, clean it periodically, and knowing when I need a new one. "The original work did not go so well with the installation of our recessed lighting and that was written up by Angie's List.  The owner of the company, Javier, came to our house and inspected the work that he team did and saw that it was unsatisfactory.  He is going to put more lights in our house and he will do the work himself.  The work performed the 2nd time was 6 recessed lights in my living room and 2 additional in the family room.  Javier and his helper were fantastic and the finished product is outstanding.  I would definitely use them again in the future.

The reason I am bringing up the grade is that Javier took the time to come inspect the work that was done and was doing anything possible to rectify the situation of turning an upset customer to a happy one.  He demonstrated accountability and excellent customer service of fixing the problem.

They were friendly and fast but did a thorough job. They were on time for the appointment and we're very fair with the pricing. Would definitely recommend them."
