In installing our new system, Tim and Ryan discovered that silt and sand were coming into our old system from our well. Tim and Ryan reached out to Will County Well & Pump to assess the issue. As it turned out, our well cap was cracked and a new well had to be drilled. Three weeks later, we had a new well. After the plumber cleared our pipes of sand, Tim came to our house to hook up the system. Tim stayed at our house until 8pm that night, carrying buckets of water with sand and silt out of our basement and dumping them outside, until the clog was fixed.
