"I was getting many weeds and it looked like the technicians were not covering the whole lawn. On September 3rd, Joseph Lynch came to my house and told me he was there to apply treatment. He left within 10 - 15 minutes, did not even enter my back yard, and obviously had prepared his "report" before coming to my house because he indicated on the report that I was not home even though we spoke on my porch. I immediately contacted Experigreen to cancel automatic payment and tell them what happened. I also told them not to bill my account since the work was not done and then spoke to Lilly and terminated their services. They billed me anyways on the same day and I received a reminder email about this outstanding bill. I called and was told they would not void the bill and that my only option is to have them come back out. When I refused because I don't trust them, I was told that I can explain that to the collection agency! No way! Never had such horrible customer service!"

"The pro has been servicing our Mclean property quite well for a couple of years. Our lawn looks good and we are satisfied with the service. The customer service is sometimes underwhelming but it gets the job done at a reasonable cost which is really becoming harder by the day to get."

They promised services they cannot adequately deliver for residential. The first snow and everything has been wrong. They sold us a dream- the reviews have to be lies that someone put out there. The first snow; equipment breakdown; they do not come when they say they are going to come; plowed snow toward the building in parking spaces, said they would be out to fix it. That was at 7-8ish this morning. Then said around 12pmish it would be about 4 hours. It is 6pm snowing again and we are being held hostage waiting for services. I would not recommend them to any residential building ever. I had to shovel myself out yesterday for 2 1/2 HOURS to ensure I could get out to go to work today. I had to salt some areas. The elderly can't get to their cars. Im still waiting -text at 12pm to come & salt & plow. "

"They were great the first year and then consistently went downhill. I ask to come when I was home because of the dogs and every time that was an issue. Then I would pre-pay for 3 -4 services and they either would not come or would do a "fast" spray. The last service for this year I got an email they were coming and then nothing. I know because I have cameras around the house. When I complained they told me they would send some to do the spray (this was a week ago) you know the bugs are really bad in a freeze? Done, will not use anymore and will not recommend."
