Chem-Wise Ecological Pest Management

They were great the first year and then consistently went downhill. I ask to come when I was home because of the dogs and every time that was an issue. Then I would pre-pay for 3 -4 services and they either would not come or would do a "fast" spray. The last service for this year I got an email they were coming and then nothing. I know because I have cameras around the house. When I complained they told me they would send some to do the spray (this was a week ago) you know the bugs are really bad in a freeze? Done, will not use anymore and will not recommend.

When I called, they scheduled me for service in several days and were very knowledgable about the problem in general. Earnest came on time and applied an eco-friendly treatment to the kitchen baseboards. He came two times separated by two weeks as part of their extermination service. He was super friendly, knowledgable, and thorough. Hopefully, I won't need their services again, but if another pest problem arises, I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to them.

It went well. They came out and inspected the property. Assured me about some things that I thought might be infestations but were normal wear and tear. They put out traps and sprayed against bugs. They will come out two more times to check on their work.

What I thought was a large mouse was a rat. And it was running all around my kitchen. Within 24 hours, Jamie came out and was able to catch the rat. He was amazing. Knew exactly what to look for and how to get it, He plugged up the point of entry and left traps just in case. I am so thankful!

Everything went very well. Tech (Gus) came early and was very professional and very nice. Got a coupon from Angie's List, so that was a nice surprise. I will use them for their Tri-Annual Service.

Called and got someone to come out same day. He was really nice and said he would cover the hole and put pellets down there at no cost (just to be nice) but I paid for the boxes and services and it was well worth it. Just the nicest people and was so happy they came out same day. He said for me to call in a week and they'd check on "progress.

John showed up on time and was very professional and well informed. He recommended items to purchase to help in the extermination process & I am very happy with the service!

It went very well. The technician was very informative. He explained everything that he was doing and how the treatment will effect the ants. Called me to let me know he was running late and arrived at the time he said. The second day after treatment started seeing full effect of treatment, ants have disappeared. I will have a follow-up in two weeks and will use the trip-annual service. Excellent company, I highly recommend!

Great - Everyone at this company has been responsive and professional. They explained the service, products and fees completely and were easy to work with.

They were very responsive when I called about the recurring mice problem. They did come out several times but they didn’t solve the problem. I called another company who came out and said they really needed to put traps and I needed to seal the holes. I haven’t seen any mice since the new company came out.
