Upon determining that repairing my extremely old furnace was not a good idea, the repairman contacted another employee to discuss the purchase of a new furnace. This man was at my home within an hour. The installation could not be done for a couple of days, but I was provided with enough potable heaters to keep me very comfortable. A very good experience.

"I watched the installation. I had to assist getting the sump cover off and back on correctly. There was one green wire that the installer did not know the purpose of. After he left I read the instructions and connected it myself. As easy as it was to remove the old pumps and install the new pumps, I wish I had installed it myself. The instructions also called for some pre-inspections before placing the pump in the sump. None of these inspections were performed. Both pumps do pump water so I guess I am satisfied."

"Dillon was a great guy and worked fast and efficient. My house is 50 plus years old and the duct work had never been cleaned. Post the work, the house even smelled better. I am in the middle of a complete remodel and living in the house. I had all 11 vent grilles removed -(saved Dillon a pile of time not having to remove and re-install) and I would have thought a discount would have been in order."

"They have been out for the electrical. They have been out for the pool. They have been out for the sump pump. Its the fee for the service call. We have used them for the last 3 years. If you have an appliance that you think needs replaced they will not replace it they will repair it to death. They are very responsive. Some of the people they send out are great, some are okay."
