The tech was here within the 2 hours. He was polite, friendly and professional. He not only answered my endless questions; Also, he provided information regarding what he was doing and why as he was putting in the new sump pump. All in all, the experience was very good and I will call them again when any plumbing issues come up. I rate the value for the money as fair since I do not have anything to refer it to.
