"They jack hammered around the outside wall of bedroom and bathroom downstairs, tore out part of the wall between bathroom and bedroom and took out about 2 feet from the floe up of each affected wall. They laid the drains, and dug the hole for the sump in the closet between the bedroom and bathroom. Unfortunately, at some point concrete dust got into the water drain pipes. This caused drainage problems which I noticed 2 days later after they had repaired the walls and laid new concrete and cleaned up the mess. They were very responsive to my call about the drain and sent out a plumber at their expense to fix the problem. I was very satisfied with their work"

"This review is well over due. Now that we have the drain tile system we have not received any flooding The day he began Brian's team came to our house promptly in the morning at 8am. They immediately started jack hammering the floor around the perimeter of the basement. While two men jack hammered on opposite ends the rest of the team followed behind them clearing debris and bringing the large pieces to a truck to be hauled away. They then installed the drain pipe, sump pumps, and poured cement. They were able to compete the project within 8 hours. I was definitely impressed! Now that it is a year later with 3 seasons behind us we cannot complain about his installation of the drainage system. Furthermore, one year later he still provided us with exceptional customer service. Oddly enough our pipes connected to our sump pump that takes the water from the drain tile to the backyard became detached. He responded asap with putting the detached pipes from the sump pump back together and making sure what happened will not happen again. What I liked about him in comparison to the other companies was his approach. No sales techniques, nothing gimmicky just genuine and straight shooter type of guy. He believes in his service, no thrills and whistles to the product. Just common sense solutions with quality service. It's your house your investment. Call this guy, no "BS" to it. All i had to pay was a contractor service fee. In the future if i need a plumber i will ask for the Company OSP Plumbing in the Henderson/ Las Vegas Nevada area and ask for Jeromy."
