"Bath Planet came out and remodeled my Bathroom Shower, they were professional, and they did this with in 4 hours, they cleaned up after themselves. We had odd shaped walls but they handled this professionally. Mike the installer was professional, but he did a quality job, he also run into a little plumbing problems, so I had to get my own plumber there to help them out, otherwise everything was good. I am happy so far, it is been 2 weeks of using my new shower and so far so good, very easy cleanup, just wipe down which I Love!!"

"Our house had a water damage that ruined much of the drywall and floor on the first floor and the basement. For such a big repair job, I carefully looked up the reviews and recommendations from Angie's list and talked to 3 contractors that have the highest ratings. AOM was one of the three. David, the owner of AOM, quickly came to our house, assessed the damage, explained to me what need to be done, showed great empathy to our loss and current situation (having to stay in hotel waiting to go back to our house), and put a very competitive bid (about 2/3 the bid of another contractor). We picked them and signed the contract. AOM uses Trello, a cloud-based project tracking system that software companies often use, to effectively and promptly communicate task description and updates to all workers and house owners. AOM workers are professional, hard working, and friendly. For such a big project, expectedly there were some hiccups and AOM had to juggle ours with their other on-going projects. David kindly explained to me various aspects of the repair work and promptly fixed any faults that we identified. I became to completely trust David's professional skill and that he would treat our house like his. Several nights and weekends David came to work late so that we could move back to normal life as soon as possible. In the end, we are very happy with our remodeled house. "This review is well over due. Now that we have the drain tile system we have not received any flooding The day he began Brian's team came to our house promptly in the morning at 8am. They immediately started jack hammering the floor around the perimeter of the basement. While two men jack hammered on opposite ends the rest of the team followed behind them clearing debris and bringing the large pieces to a truck to be hauled away. They then installed the drain pipe, sump pumps, and poured cement. They were able to compete the project within 8 hours. I was definitely impressed! Now that it is a year later with 3 seasons behind us we cannot complain about his installation of the drainage system. Furthermore, one year later he still provided us with exceptional customer service. Oddly enough our pipes connected to our sump pump that takes the water from the drain tile to the backyard became detached. He responded asap with putting the detached pipes from the sump pump back together and making sure what happened will not happen again. What I liked about him in comparison to the other companies was his approach. No sales techniques, nothing gimmicky just genuine and straight shooter type of guy. He believes in his service, no thrills and whistles to the product. Just common sense solutions with quality service. It's your house your investment. Call this guy, no "BS" to it. He won't let you down.

"Rardins has merged with Mattex Plumbing, but Oscar Rardin is still with them. Very professional, both over the phone and kept me updated through texts on the phone. Showed up as promised and was done within 3 hours. Only real difference was in how prices have inflated since 2014 (last time pump was replaced) $1400 vs $500 The pump accounted for over $1200 of that total. Oscar did a excellent job!"
