On the day of the closing of our home Sean Chandler was at the walk through to identify and fix leaking from chimney exhaust. We agreed to go to closing with the understanding it would be fixed. Needless to say it was never fixed. I spoke with him numerous times. Always was put off. He acted like he had never come to house? Then he stated on one call he did work on the cap. He in fact did not because it leaked yet again. At one point his brother showed up and left his business card asking my sister to have me call him? We had to hire another company on our dime to fix it. Turns out we needed both a cap and a liner. Guess what? It never leaked again.

My husband cut the thermastate wire in half with a shovel and chandlers came out & said i owed a bill from a year ago at a rental we own he said can't fix my air tell i pd.the bill so i got the bill out & showed him i pd.it.So he said okay he workedon it &i pd.100.00 for that callon sat. but it never cooled the house or would shut off. i waited till monday to call him back he came out & worked in the basement again & worked outside  left for lunch said he would be back he would get a part to finish it he never came back so i called the next day &said buy a new one i'am not comming back. He said you need a 3 ton & we don't sell them. So we called peters & got a new .But when winter came we had to have a service man come out &he said he had done some things to the furnace. so we had to have that repaired. His mother had passed away she was who took care of the books &he said we never pd. but i had my check. so i think that why he done what he did .But thanks to them i found peters & they done me right my ele. cut more than i half this year. my air cond.was old & they came every year& put the coolent in sometime they came twice a yr. We have used them for several years and they have always done a great job. When you establish as a customer with them and there are ever any problems, they are very prompt in coming out. They have a very prompt and appropriate response to service needs.

They responded quickly, showed up on time, and explained in detail the condition of my equipment. They offered to give me a price for a new system, but were not hard sell about it.
