Matt provided me with a detailed proposal, which was the least invasive in the existing building structure and had reasonable pricing compared to the others. He also agreed I'd do the finishing jobs, which saved me some good money. He and his team did an amazing job in record time, respecting my schedule and property. The workspace was kept tidy, so there was minimal disruption in our everyday living conditions. Matt is a great communicator; he made sure I was informed of what and when was to be done next, and he coordinated his work with other subcontractors and village inspectors.
