Steve has completed 3 separate remodeling projects for my wife and I. They involved complete redo of kitchen including quartz counter top, 2 bathrooms, foundation pillar, and bedroom floor leveling/replacement. He paid attention to details, suggested creative alternate solutions when necessary, and maintained a highly personable rapport throughout. Overall we are delighted with his work.

Steve hired 2 subcontractors to replace our flooring. They did not know what they were doing and ended up breaking our desk. When we complained about the desk and wanted reimbursement for our furniture we were told the desk looked cheap. We were told there was a year warranty on the labor and have been trying to get him to come back as there are issues with the way the flooring was done. This has been going on for at least 3 months. He keeps blowing us off and when he does call back, he makes no commitment to come back and rectify the situation. Do not use this company. He did not even provide a receipt. All communication was done through text and phone. I would guess this was done to prevent anything in writing while also requiring cash to avoid certain obligations.

The removal and installation went fine. The problem was the service provider failed to provide me with a paid receipt. I tried contacting the company several times via emails, phone calls, and text messages but the company failed to respond.
