"I hired MH Renovations this summer to add a bedroom over a two-story foyer. The job required significant framing work, adding a window, external brickwork, drywall installation, and an electric circuit. Matt provided me with a detailed proposal, which was the least invasive in the existing building structure and had reasonable pricing compared to the others. He also agreed I'd do the finishing jobs, which saved me some good money. He and his team did an amazing job in record time, respecting my schedule and property. The workspace was kept tidy, so there was minimal disruption in our everyday living conditions. Matt is a great communicator; he made sure I was informed of what and when was to be done next, and he coordinated his work with other subcontractors and village inspectors. Matt is a very respectful and kind person, and it was a real pleasure to work with him and his team!"

"The gas company had to inspect the lines in my house. They looked at the Heater in the basement which is in a Utility room. AllTemp had installed the 90% HE heater and AC about a year ago. The gas company said the intake should run outside or to a more open part of the basement. 
The old heater was also vented incorrectly. I had no idea that both the old and new heaters did not have proper intake venting. Why should I? It is not my line of work. I believe AllTemp should have seem the problem when giving me the quote last year and corrected the problem when they installed the new system. AllTemp wants to charge me to do something that should have been done already and included in the initial installation.
I am trying to write a fair review. Their pricing was good for the heater and ac, they installed it quickly without making a mess, the sales person was professional. They install quality systems and do not try to sell you things you don't need. Example the sales person said I did not need a new filter box, all other vendors I got quotes from tried to push a new filtration system on me. 
So if you are looking at the sales process, installation, and price of the new AC and Heater they did a good job with the exception of not fixing the intake venting problem.
I just would like them to fix the intake vent situation. It is something they should have included with the installation.

***UPDATE****
All Temp agreed to fix the venting issue for no charge. Their technician came up with a clever venting solution and came back on 10/16 to implement it.  Took him 30 min and he was done.

"Jack has performed multiple jobs for us at our house. This review is long overdue. Initially, Blazer electric has completed majority of the electric in our unfinished basement which required running conduit to install recessed lighting and multiple outlets. In addition, they have replaced bathroom lights, exhaust fans, ceiling fans, outdoor lights, kitchen undermount lights etc. Jack and his team are very prompt/professional along being priced fairly.
