"Job required running new conduit from service panel, through wall and floor to lower level of house, with two circuits going behind a finished wall to a small work area beneath a granite countertop. Scott quoted time-and-material basis because of the uncertainty about how difficult routing the new circuits might be. I saw it as maybe a two-day job, but Scott's crew was done in 6.5 hours. Reasonable lead time (about 2 weeks) after signing work order, firm start date. Friendly and competent crew. Second time I've used Scott Nelson; would definitely go nowhere else for the next project!"

"Needed old existing roof antenna connected/grounded, and remove/clean old coax wires etc house-wise unused. Connected coax to room walls to use antenna. "Kyle came to inspect my condo's HVAC. He was punctual, friendly and professional. I'm a new homeowner and he patiently answered all my questions about this stuff! I couldn't get access to the ac on my roof, so he didn't get to look at that but he spent a lot of time making sure my furnace was cleaned and in good order and looked at the air vents. He found a small gas leak on the furnace and sealed it up for me, thankfully. I will definitely contact them again for anything HVAC related!"
