This is bad business" Then on Yelp 6/3/2022 someone else had the same regrettable business experience with Carlo's Grout to Shout About: Alison P. Mount Prospect, IL [QUOTE] Do NOT attempt to hire. I hired this individual via yelp to regrout a shower floor. Simple. He cancelled the first time we had agreed to. We rescheduled for another time and he never showed up or responded to my texts once I realized he was blowing me off. I had wanted this done before having guests stay and use the shower to which he said oh definitely would have it done by then. Now stuck with finding a new contractor and will not have the work done in time. Rude & unprofessional."
