"He did not show up the first time. He reached out again and we set up another in person- he showed up on time. His assessment and idea on how to paint the house - seemed like it was cutting corners. Of my five quotes, he's the only one that suggested doing it his way. The others told me that was not the right way to do it. I don't think he wanted to put in the effort. I never did get the quote - he passed on it. Seemed like a nice enough guy though would not recommend him.
