"Sean and his team did a phenomenal job rebuilding my deck. The structure was still in good condition, so the project was to pull and replace all the floor boards and cocktail railing. That was done flawlessly. Sean was also able to lay the boards in a picture frame configuration instead of the staggered boards that I had before. This improves the appearance and it looks much more refined. It was a 3 day project. At the end of each day the property was left spotless and all materials, dunnage and tools were removed. "Marygrove Awning was very responsive to my first inquiry. It was mid November when I first contacted them and we we had a very tight time frame that the new awning cover needed to be installed. Our awning is over the front of our business and is in a historic district. We could not have the old retractable frame removed and replaced with a newer type. Understandably , the company could not guarantee their work on the existing frame. Not having a guarantee concerned me but under the circumstance we had no choice. The day of installation was bitterly cold and windy. Two workers showed up on time and worked steadily in the bitter cold on a piece of equipment (our old awning frame) they previously had very little if any experience with. I was very impressed with how well they worked. It works beautifully 8 months later and we are pleased. I highly recommend MaryGrove Awning. If you have an old retractable frame like ours this firm is able to step up and take care of the situation. The two guys who worked that very cold rainy day on a very old piece of equipment should be very proud of the job they did.
