"First and foremost, Nick had very good follow up . Itâ s amazing how many companies we had a hard time getting them to call us back. Nick was quick to call and or text back. In the bidding process he was always in contact with us. We had him do pavement repairs on our parking lot, ( some large cut outs, and repaving was done ) then crack filling and last was seal coating and parking space stripes. The lot was 98,500 sq ft. They did the repairs and seal coating in two full days. He was in the middle of the bidding quotes. We tossed out all the cheap bids and tossed all the super high ones. His company Done-Rite was not the cheapest , but we wanted quality , and like anything ....... you get what you pay for ! We own other commercial properties and will let him bid those too when the time comes. Iâ ve waited a couple of weeks before writing this review to make sure weâ re happy with the results. & we are. "Huge thanks to CJ and his team at 360 Degree Construction for an incredible job on my concrete project! From start to finish, they completed everything in one week! (This was super important with dogs that are used to using backyard to do their business.) Today was the final day of cleanup, power washing and sealing the concrete. CJ was amazing to work with—professional, meticulous, and always communicating the plan for the next day. "Sammson Concrete did an excellent job. My village is particularly difficult with concrete code and has some laws that I don't necessarily agree with with regards to reinforcement of concrete. Throughout the process I always felt like Sammson concrete had my best interest in mind, and went out of their way to ensure the best job possible would be performed. "I know of no other contractor who has total customer satisfaction as his top priority like Mr. Flanagan does. He is absolutely the best.
My basement sustained ankle-deep water as the result of an outdoor basement stairwell drain that violently backed up because its circa-1951 drain line led to the street storm sewer (by design). That sewer was overcome with water during a storm in the summer of 2010 that featured a tornado in my western-suburbs area. Soon after pumping the water out of my basement with a mobile pump, the mess prompted me to (once again*) call Mr. Flanagan (*His crawlspace crew had done a beautiful job finishing my dirt-floor crawlspace with a concrete floor and wall insulation a couple of years earlier).
After the basement waterproofing project described in this review was complete, however, I was disappointed with the workmanship: The concrete work looked less-than-professional (out-of-flush with sump flange and the stairwell drain, plus way too many swirl marks and splattering) in the stairwell and basement's appearance areas. In short, it just didn't look like his business's flawless concrete job that was done in my crawlspace just years earlier.
Mr. Flanagan agreed. With no questions asked, he immediately had a different crew come to my home, tear out all of the previously laid concrete and drain lines and replace it with the workmanship that he would expect his crews to use in their own homes. The re-do of the project at least had met my high expectations for its cosmetics. And, of course, I hoped it was a sufficient waterproofing solution for my basement.
Fast forward just a few short years. Affter having perhaps sustaining that 100-year event with the Chicago-area rain storm of April 17-18, 2012, while my neighbors are pumping water out of their basements, mine remains bone dry. Thank you Mr. Flanagan and Crawlspace / Basement Waterproofing Solutions for a job (design and installation) well done. Your basement waterproofing solution indeed deserves an A+.

"We had a blockage in our main sewer pipe under the basement floor. It turns out we had an old flood control gate that had collapsed. It was about 80% closed, so water was not able to get out of the house appropriately. I called several companies and not only was Robert's price reasonable, he was the most knowledgable and willing to talk through the issue and the solution. Robert, Phillip, and his crew were able to break up the concrete floor and replace the pipe despite the fact that it was encased in several feet of concrete and was located right near our fireplace. It was a bigger job than we anticipated due to the original pipe being encased in much more concrete than is typically used, but they were able to take care of everything without destroying the walls or fireplace. The new pipe was put in, and the hole was patched with cement. I can't say enough good things about the planning and work that Robert and his crew did. They were skilled and professional and a pleasure to do business with. Despite the large hole in the floor, the clean up was impressive. Half way through the process when we saw just how big and difficult the job was, I felt confident that we chose the right company. This problem could have been a lot worse, and I am glad we trusted Lincoln Sewer and Drainage to take care of it. They also noticed that our catch basin needed minor cement repair, and took care of that while they were here. I highly recommend Lincoln Sewer and Drainage, and I won't hesitate to use them again in the future."
