Not a stock text or email, but a personal call from the owner, Keith. They also were able to do the job within a week and only took about 45 minutes for a 2-seat couch + large ottoman and chaise. He was very HONEST with me when he said that he (and nobody) can get 7-8 inches into an attached foam cushion. However, he recommended a sterilization that would help with any interior mold or bad stuff (we have animals). He quoted me a GREAT DEAL on the spot and even threw in some things for free; i.e. pillows and a small rug. His 2 guys arrived and were extremely PROFESSIONAL and clean.
