My Pro Cleaners specialist, Ken Fukuhara, was right on time, had all the equipment I needed and did a fabulous job. I was worried that my cleaning would be difficult due to my house being very crowded. He agreed to clean the traffic areas and did a great job. When I need my carpet or upholstery cleaned, I will call Ken, he is the best.

Ken arrived on time and did an excellent job. He explained the procedure he would be using and got right to work. He is a very friendly gentleman and was great with our dog. The carpet looks GREAT and his pricing is very reasonable. We would definitely recommend his services.

Very courteous, prompt, made himself available on Saturday for us. Great to find someone who can do a good job on area rugs in your home.Added some last minute extras without issue. Very reasonably priced for a very good job.

The owner was argumentative about what I wanted done. Doubled price quoted when he said I never told him to scotch-guard the carpet after cleaning. Left no directions as to when to return furniture, vacuuming, up-keep, just bolted when he was done.

"I am sorry you thought I was being "argumentative? about the pricing. You had picked the basic package which we DO NOT move any furniture. Upon arrival you asked me to then move furniture which brought you up in price because now I am cleaning more carpet than I originally was supposed to. After everything as done which turned out like night and day....the carpets were pretty bad, you asked me to scotch gard them. So I did for an additional price since you did not originally order scotch gard. I also told you to keep the blue blocks under the furniture for 48 hours before you remove them. I am sorry you thought I bolted as well."

The owner of this company is very meticulous and does an excellent job on the carpets. I like the extraction process he uses because he does not deposit a lot of water in your carpets, yet he gets them extremely clean! He s very careful about protecting your floors and furniture throughout the cleaning process. Usually by the evening or the next day, the carpets are pretty much dry. If I could give Ken, the owner 10 stars for quality work I would definitely do that!
