"Iossi - SITE UNSEEN. Windows: 4 major problems; no caulk above one of large windows, 2 windows not opening properly (installer said that was the way it was made - yea right) and 1/4 inch gaps on inside that was not caulked, and tried to charge for tempered glass where not needed. All required returns to my house. Flashing inside gutters: not installed where it was 'most' needed. Another return. Unless you are willing to climb latters, etc to inspect their work, go with someone you can trust, even if it's a few more dollars!!"

I do everything inside and out. I have 7 years of carpentry experience and have worked as a carpenter in the military. I can do stairs, decks, siding, cabinets, trim, doors, windows, shelving, some auto repairs, anything else you can name. I will also build furniture, cutting boards, or any other specialty items. "We had Midwest put metal roofing on our house a couple years ago. They did an excellent job, so we hired them to reside the house too. There were problems from day one, when they left debris to blow all over. On day 2 they started to put house wrap over rotten sheathing, and after that we were uneasy about the job and felt we had to keep a vigilant eye on the work. We caught several problems and oversights. Jeff did not respond well. Instead of respect and professional reassurance to allay various levels of unease, alarm and frustration, he got more abrupt. By the time they came out to finish final details, he was in a huge sulk and ignored me as much as possible, including when answering a direct question, which is quite a trick. I am still finding damage left by the siding crew. I don't trust the work. Time will tell."

"Nate and his crew were awesome. They had some of the summer's worst heat, rain, etc and they still appeared each and everyday on time and ready to work. We've had so many people tell us how fantastic the house looks. They fixed problems that we didn't even realize were problems (like a hornets nest under an overhang). We would definitely hire them again, and in fact are already planning what we would like to have done next. Never did they ask for payment up front, not even a deposit. That's just not heard of these days. The office staff, specifically Liz, was there to walk us through all the different financing options available, and was a true pleasure to work with. We went with a higher end product versus vinyl siding, we cannot get over the difference it has made in our gas and electric bill as well as how quiet our home is now. Again, we would highly recommend them."
