I was very happy with it all. Jeff came when he said he would and stayed on it until he was done. He's very respectful and professional in his conduct and did a beautiful job. Our house is a 1914 model and two stories, so it was somewhat challenging to reconfigure things and box it all in, while two stories in the air. The work is beautiful, as other work I've had him do in the past. He cleans up after himself thoroughly. He isn't necessarily cheap but he does excellent work. Nothing done right is cheap today and I really like that he does the work, it's done well, and when it's done, it's done. I'm very happy with it and will soon be calling on him again for other work I need done. Incidentally, Jeff was recommended to me by an older gentleman who has used him and thought highly of his work.

I was in a bit of a time crunch because I was having an appraisal for the refinancing of my home. I needed the repairs done beforehand, and Jeff was great about giving me the estimate and getting the work finished fast. I didn't need a big area of siding replaced and was afraid it would look bad because the new siding wouldn't match the old. Although he couldn't find the manufacturer of the existing siding, he took the care to really try to match it. It looks great and you'd never know there was a replacement made!
He was also great about giving me options about how to proceed when things didn't go as planned. For example, when he replaced the fence I asked him to put a gate in. Because of the utilities that wasn't going to be easy or look right. But he offered a solution on the gate on the other side of the property to make it easier for me to use.
I was happy from start to finish on this job. I will definitely call him again if I have any needs in the future.

Jeff was recommended to me by someone who has used him extensively and they highly recommended him as a man who does good work, is honest, and can do almost anything that needs to be done around a house. When Jeff looked over the work I needed done he told me the cost would be about $1700 for all of the work and that is what he charged me. We were working against the weather and he kept in touch with me when he thought he could work it in. He did very nice work. I was again impressed that he was very thorough in his work. I have several other jobs that will need to be done (when I can scrape up the money), and I will definitely be calling Jeff first. He basically charges $80/hr, which may sound like a lot, but you have to realize he is paying his help and all insurance, social security, taxes, etc., out of that hourly wage. Also, in today's world where everything is expensive, I think he's well worth the money. It's worth a lot to have a job done well and done once. I highly recommend him. My friend says he does electrical, plumbing, carpentry, remodeling, just about anything you need.
