"Service call went very well. Anthony D. and Brandon arrived promptly and were very courteous. I explained to Anthony what services were requested and discussed quote recd ( including discount) for services from office. Anthony assessed fireplace and explained what needed to be done and then he went up on roof. Anthony explained about issues with chimney stack and he shared pictures which were very helpful for me to see what needed to be done. I requested photos of before and after work done on chimney stack be sent to me, Anthony said they would be sent. I'm very pleased with Anthony's communication about recommendations for fireplace and chimney and for his work done on the chimney. I am very pleased with Brandon's work on the interior fireplace. I would highly recommend this company and team Anthony and Brandon!"

"Mario and his team did an excellent job installing a chimney liner, repairing the smoke chamber and replacing the chimney cap. "It was a pleasure working with Rob. I wasn't sure if my chimney needed entirely rebuilt or just tuck-pointed. I had another company quote my work and they provided me a cost to entirely rebuild it. Rob came and looked at the chimney and gave me a cost just to repair it. His cost was 7x cheaper. I trusted his 30+ years in the industry and went with Fire It Up. I'm happy i chose them.
