Had some tuckpointing and cracked bricks replaced on the front of my house. The job was done in a timely manner at a reasonable price. More importantly, the quality of the work was first class. I would not hesitate to refer them to friends or family.

Great peaple to do business with. Work was completed ahead of schedule. Easy to do business. I had 5 quotes done and they were the only ones to get out the ladder to look measure and take notes. Others just lookup up and said a price. Already had a few neighbors ask for there information. It was seemles and he cleaned up the area after completed. I'm vary happy with the performance and attention to detail that was given and it doesn't look like a cheap job but masterly performed. Thank you masterly masonry

Very professional. The mason climbed on our roof and took pictures of my fireplace and showed us damages we didn't know existed. gave us a quote quickly and came out on the day he said to start the work., They asked for no money up front and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend this company.

I would like to 1st say, I did my research and they seem to be a company that withheld high standards according to the reviews I read. I did not get the same service as mentioned in the reviews and I am not sure why. I was not satisfied with how the Chimney Rebuild looked because the bricking was sticking out and I kindly asked them to make it smoother. I was told that my house was old and what did I expect. I value my home just as anyone else and that was an insult to me. There was sand from the bricking left all over my moms flower bed and the workers also stepped on her flower and destroyed it after I clearly explained to them to not get anything on them. There was no apology given when I called to explain my concerns. I was told *Well What do you want me to do* and NOT in the way you are thinking but in a way that was not pleasing to my ears. I have pictures if someone wants to see the damage. I also have pictures of what was done to the Chimney and how I wanted it to look. I was just being honest when it came to my wanting the smoothing of the bricks. It was not like I was trying to get away with paying them. I paid them right after they did the work on June 25th. I asked them to send me the receipt that day with pics taken by them and I did not get a receipt until the next day with no pics and this is after I called them requesting my receipt. That is poor customer service to me. I should never have to call someone I paid lots of money for a receipt. I spoke to Diana and told her I needed her husband the expert to come and do the smoothing I asked for. She explained that she needed to find out when he would be available. I asked them several times for him to call and speak with me directly but I got no response from that. After threatening to call Home Advisor is when Diana told me he would stop by and do the work between jobs on June 27th. I patiently waited and followed up on July 9th and was told the same and now it is August 5th with no word from the company. I thought long and hard about my decision to give this review because I know the work he did was not horrible but the fact that you think you can just treat a customer like this who kept their part of the deal and was only nice to the company is not good. I did not get a call from Diana or her husband since July 9th. I just want them to know that they cannot treat customers that way and honestly I do not know why they thought they could do it to me. I am a very reasonable person who just wanted something is done that should have been done in the 1st place without question. What happened to have a satisfied customer? I will also be calling Home Advisor about my concerns, hoping they will reach out to the company. Needless to say, I will never do business with them again or refer anyone to them for work. Your character in business is all you got and if I can not trust your word, I can not trust you. Hope this opens the eyes of those reading it.

We highly recommend Masterly Masonry! We hired them to do some tuck pointing and replace the chimney cap. From quote to finished job, the whole experience has been excellent, including the customer service. The job was done quickly and efficiently and we couldn t be happier with the end product. One of the workers even patiently answered all of my 9 year old son s gazillion questions and took time to teach him about the work being done. A great company to work with!!

This company came over and when they gave me an estimate they only advised I repair what was damaged. Another business took a look at my brick and tried to get me to do my entire house. When I asked why didn't they try to do the same thing the owner of this company told me "you don't need that work done I only want to repair what is damaged"in other words he didn't try to oversell me and I was very impressed with that and in doing so saved me thousands of dollars. The work was perfectly done and I'm extremely pleased with the craftsmanship of it I would refer them to anyone looking for tuckpointing they're fair honest and very detailed

did the job the right way

We had a total chimney replacement. The chimney serviced two fireplaces. The masonry worksmabship was excellent. "Old world craftsmanship and pride in work" . Daily clean up of job site and attention to detail. Masterly Masonary exceeded our expectations. Fair pricing .
