"I was getting many weeds and it looked like the technicians were not covering the whole lawn. On September 3rd, Joseph Lynch came to my house and told me he was there to apply treatment. He left within 10 - 15 minutes, did not even enter my back yard, and obviously had prepared his "report" before coming to my house because he indicated on the report that I was not home even though we spoke on my porch. I immediately contacted Experigreen to cancel automatic payment and tell them what happened. I also told them not to bill my account since the work was not done and then spoke to Lilly and terminated their services. They billed me anyways on the same day and I received a reminder email about this outstanding bill. I called and was told they would not void the bill and that my only option is to have them come back out. When I refused because I don't trust them, I was told that I can explain that to the collection agency! No way! Never had such horrible customer service!"

"The pro has been servicing our Mclean property quite well for a couple of years. Our lawn looks good and we are satisfied with the service. The customer service is sometimes underwhelming but it gets the job done at a reasonable cost which is really becoming harder by the day to get."

"They were great the first year and then consistently went downhill. I ask to come when I was home because of the dogs and every time that was an issue. Then I would pre-pay for 3 -4 services and they either would not come or would do a "fast" spray. The last service for this year I got an email they were coming and then nothing. I know because I have cameras around the house. When I complained they told me they would send some to do the spray (this was a week ago) you know the bugs are really bad in a freeze? Done, will not use anymore and will not recommend."

"They were okay for the first 8 months but recently in the past 2 months nobody did any service to my house as seen from my outdoor cameras and I was still being charged for it. I blocked the payment for the second time and called customer service to cancel my account. They informed me I must pay the amount due before canceling even though they didn't do the service. I reluctantly paid and after they charged me the money they mentioned that they will transfer me to someone who can cancel my service. After waiting a couple minutes the person got back on the line saying they can't get in touch of the people who can cancel my service and they can't do it themselves even though they just charged me saying I have to pay before canceling. They said they will call me back in 24-48h where I can cancel then. Clearly this is a tactic to avoid people canceling by making them wait and sending them in a circle till they forget about it. What a scam of a service."

"He was an arborist & explained things about my tree to me & when I asked taught me how to prune low branches so I wouldn't kill the branch so I could do other trees I had myself. All dead branches were taken off, although I think there may be one left very high up but its possible the ends of that branch are still alive & thats why he left it. I had to leave while he was working or I'm sure he would have told me why that branch was left when I pointed it out. He was also nice enough to leave me a storage bin of mulch from grinding up my dead branches. The yard was cleaned up very well & no damage to lawn or other landscaping. Betweeen the little branches & twigs I picked up from the lawn the the lawn mower probably would have chopped up & the bigger branches I pulled out of the hedges & busted up to fit in the garbage can I got about a 1/4 garbage can full. The trimming was up to 9' so the tree looks well groomed now. The price seemed a little high to me which is why I chose good instead of excellent but I did not shop around so this may be the average price. I chose 4 Seasons from Angie's list because of great reviews & to save time of shopping around. The tree is probably 60 years old so very tall & bushy, lots to do. I was very satisfied & when I can afford more tree work done I'll call 4 Seasons again to take out a tree I have in the back yard. I did not put any pictures on because its hard to see individual branches in the middle of a tree in pictures."

"1. DID NOT COMMUNICATE A SCHEDULE 3 WEEKS AFTER QUOTE APPROVAL. HAD TO CALL TO FIND OUT WHEN THEY PLANNED TO DO THE WORK. 2. NO SHOW ON DAY OF WORK. NO CALL ON THE DAY OF WORK. I HAD TO CALL A FEW DAYS AFTERWARD TO FIND OUT THAT THEY COULDN'T MAKE IT. I didn't negotiate Ringers down. I accepted the quote in good faith on their first proposal. The person who came out and provided the quote was courteous and professional. I was pretty excited about clearing the land of debris and overgrowth. I had to call to find out when they were going to arrive 3 weeks after quote approval. They advised me that they would conduct the clearing and grubbing work in my yard on Veteran's Day. I'm a Veteran (disabled). They never showed or called to inform me of any re-schedule. I cancelled the order and requested a full refund. Refund received."
