"We had extensive landscaping done all around our house and yard. We needed all old rocks and bricks removed from clear around our home and new bricks and landscaping rocks replaced. Also they removed a tree and dug out all of the roots so they could plant a new tree. We had 9 new trees planted with stones around them and new landscaping rocks. They also put in drip lines and new irrigation heads. We had 3 very large trees that needed bricks,concrete and rocks removed around them and replaced with new stones and rocks. They refigured some new landscaping in our front yard. After completing the landscaping they seeded our whole yard. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly. They did a fantastic job. Even with everything they did it was done in extremely hot 90 degrees. They showed up on time and worked very hard to complete the job. I highly recommend this company they were excellent with everything they did."

"Concept Til Creation removed an existing fence and installed a new fence our entire backyard in September 2020. When they came to quote job, they were very thorough in explaining the process of the work and how the new fence would be constructed. They were very timely in getting the estimate back to us, as well as scheduling the job once we gave them the go ahead. During the teardown and installation, they would check in daily to update us on the progress of the project. The actual project timeline followed what was quoted and the new fence looks great!! "I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out fine. They were a little late. I gave the fellow a little bit of a leeway and he took a little bit more leeway than I would have preferred.  In fact, I was getting ready to give him a call and he sent the crew over, and they did the job. I just paid them the flat amount; they did not try to pressure me with any add-ons or anything like that, which was fine. I was actually wondering if they were going to do something like that, but they did not. So that was certainly a nice thing. They did what they said they were going to do. They were acting like they were in a big hurry. They were two guys and they worked as a team, and they were gone in, I think, like about an hour or something like that. It was like at least a week, if not two weeks, before they actually did come back and as I said I had been getting ready to call them in trying to find out what was going on when they finally did show up. I thought they would call in advance which they did not, so I was a little bit disappointed about that. I did not see them doing anything what I would call sloppily; they were kind of in a hurry. I did ask a question and they did do some certain tertiary types of things, like part of a gutter guard had fallen off and they did put it back on, which I had requested so that was fine."
