Brooks Creek Cedar

We have used Brook's Creek on two different fencing jobs. The first was an aluminum fence for our dog 40' x 100' in the back. The second was a cedar fence down the property line. The crew chief was the same on both jobs and he, as well as the workers, were very professional as well as working fast and continuously. They cleaned up after the job and helped with the dirt removed from the post holes. I highly recommend this company! I have recommended this company to 3 of the neighbors in our addition and all there have purchased fencing from them.

It was wonderful. They come out a two man crew. 200 ft fence and done it one day. They did a great job and clean up after themselves. Last year a tornado damage the fence and they came out to repair.

It was excellent. the installation was great and they were very professional.

From the moment I walked into the front door I felt like family. My wife and I a very HAPPY with the fence.

Brooks Creek did an excellent job on our backyard privacy fence. Chad was always willing to spend a lot of time discussing various fence styles, gate options, etc., letting me know about the potential negatives of some more expensive designs with top caps that might warp. After having had a bad experience with one of the major fencing companies in town, who came out and overestimated the fence length using a measuring tape (asking for my help to measure), I was really impressed by the professionalism of Brooks Creek. It's been almost 2 years since the fence was installed and it keeps looking better each month with the aging, as cedar weathers really nicely. Overall, I think this is a better, more personalized fencing company in town. Scheduling may be a little tricker than with the giant fencing outfits, but it's worth a little patience to get a better fence.

Put the fence and it looked great. A few months later, the fence became lopsided. Called to get someone to look at it. I was told they would "put me on the list". Also advised the list was 8 weeks behind. Left my name & number and never heard from them again. That was a year ago.

Everything went very smoothly with Brooks Creek from start to finish and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. They were professional, worked quickly, did quality work, and were affordable. We would highly recommend if you are looking for someone to build a cedar deck.

Contacted this company for an estimate on fencing. Took several tries
only to be told they are too busy to do any new estimates. Don't waste
your time.

I spoke with Cory a couple of weeks ago he didnt seem happy but he was professioal enough& said he would take a look at it that week. After 2 weeks I hadn't heard from them so I called to see if they had been able to go look at it.. I spoke with Chad and he was down right rude. He started yelling at me & was so rude & unprofessional I couldn't believe it. He informed me they would replace the gate for FREE very rudely which is what they should do. Cory called today and said they weren't doing anything. I guess that's probably why there business isn't going so well. Customer service was AWFUL, product due to not using stainless steel hardware (which they advertise) is awful. Will use a different fence company for the rest of our yard. They do not stand behind there product!

I don't need any fencing but if I did, I would certainly this this provider a chance.

Had just a few little incidents where the provider indicated measurements to be taken on specifc dates but appeared to be some confusion or miscommunication with provider. All in all, once the provider established measurements and design, he showed up and installed in one day! The fencing installer was very nice, pleasant, consciencious and did a fantastic job!

This company did a great job. Always showed up for estimates and final survey on time and people were very pleasant. The work got done in record time, high quality, and workers were very efficient and friendly.

They were very good. They will work with you. They can customize a certain height if you want it or whatever. They're really easy to work with. The price is hard to gauge because it depends on what kind of fence you have, how many feet of fencing, and how high you want the fence to be. Every fence would be an individual preference and they'd want to different specifications. I did get other estimates but they didn't seem as willing to do what I wanted to do. If needed in the future, I would definitely give them the first offer to give me a bid. I'm just a single homeowner that's just trying to get the best possible services without being ripped off.

The job was completed in about 4 and a half hours. They arrrived early and worked until the job was finished. They did not mind the photos and clips I took of the project. The fence looks great and our neighbors are also very happy.

They were supposed to start on the 16th, but didn't make it until the 17th. The work started at 2PM and was finished at 7PM. There were 3 workers and they only took short breaks to get the job done. They cleaned up as they worked. A great job!

I liked how their fences looked. Their price was a little cheaper than other companies. They guaranteed their posts for twenty years. They will provide me with a new board if a knot falls out. They were on time.
