"Jimâ  s crew was diligent in preparing the home for paint; scraping old pain, caulking of windows and between boards, and repairing or sanding of rotted wood to get to solid wood. Jim did a great job in matching previous paint and the material utilized will last through many hot Summers and cold winters. The paint application with paint sprayers and brushes was executed very well. Jimâ  s got a great crew and worked to get the project completed on time. Jim was available through the entire project and weâ  re happy with the project. Iâ  m sure weâ  ll use Jim and Next Level again and please reach out if you need any help on making a decision on Jimâ  s team"

Fencing questions, answered by experts

Check for gaps or weak spots where your dog could escape and seal them. Remove toxic plants, chemicals, and potentially hazardous items. The list includes cocoa bean mulch, which is harmful to pups if ingested.

It's also essential to provide shade and fresh water. You may want to consider installing a dog-friendly surface on concrete areas like artificial turf. Additionally, regularly inspect for potential hazards, such as sharp objects or broken glass. Most importantly, supervise your dog during outdoor time to ensure their safety.

Vegetable gardens can easily become a convenient food bank for your local animal population, whether it’s squirrels stealing fruit or rabbits munching on freshly grown veggies. If you want to keep those critters out, it helps to put a fence around your vegetable garden that’s at least a couple of feet tall to deter any animals from getting past it. Just make sure your fence doesn’t interrupt the amount of sunlight your garden needs to thrive.

You shouldn’t try to touch the electric fence, as it will shock you. Typically, the shock is low enough to be uncomfortable to humans or animals that come into contact with the fence. But an electric fence with high voltage, or a faulty fence, could shock you and cause serious injuries when touched.

You'll pay less on average for the cost of a wooden fence compared to aluminum. However, the price highly depends on the type of wood, the fence design, and extra additions like gates and coats of paint. For example, you may pay less to install an aluminum fence since the panels anchor in the ground, whereas wood fences often take longer to construct, especially picket fences.

Fabricating an aluminum fence costs about $4,350 on average, ranging from about $2,450 to $6,500. Your fencing costs can run as low as $750 or as high as $11,000 or more, depending on the fence's size, complexity, and geographic location. You should consider additional cost factors including the thickness of the aluminum, height of the fence, necessary permits, and custom colors.
