He didn't know that I know my stuff and knew that the parts in question were just replaced and were just fine. So when I called the tech on it, he said that 4 seasons is asking their techs to find stuff wrong with their units to cover their as**es for the "No Breakdown Guarantee" that they offer customer for 1 year. So if something was wrong with their system, 4 seasons would not be liable since they "supposedly" found something wrong with the unit. They quote outrageous prices for the repairs to make you actually buy a new unit. This is not the ethical treatment I was used to for 20 Years. Very disappointed and now considering switching my loyalty to another company."
