Growing up, my father was a perfectionist and always went the extra mile to repair things right. Art is the same way. He will do things right, and if it is something he doesn't feel confident about, he'll let you know that too, rather than trying to tackle something that he isn't sure he can do right. Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff.
