"He was timely to respond to make appointment, but we had a failure to communicate about the actual time. I had to request he mask. He did not cover the carpet nor wear shoe covers. There was drilling required so a bit of a mess. I had to touch up door paint from a couple dings and large area of chipped paint. The work was completed and the installation price reasonable, except for the cost to key the locks- $30 each, which I feel is high. Ace is $13 and another locksmith is $23 each."

"We had an exterior door to our garage that would not close/latch properly and therefore presented a security risk. I called multiple companies for quotes and explained we'd like to try repairing the door first, but are open to replacing it if necessary. Multiple other companies told us there was no other option but to replace the door. Robert's company was the last one on our list to gather a quote from. He came by the very next day after I called, immediately found core problem with the door (simple loose screws in the hinges) and fixed then and there. The fix was so simple, he didn't even charge us. I so appreciate that Robert wasn't trying to scam us into a bigger more expensive project of replacing the entire door. He is honest and quickly finds the root of the problem. We will be hiring Robert's company exclusively moving forward for our various projects around the house. Feeling so lucky to have found him! "I am an 80 year old veteran and the Handy Veteran Kevin asked if I would write a review. I was very pleased with all work done by Kevin and Teko. They installed new garage door, new steps from garage to first level, replaced stainless steal sink and faucet, and doorknobs throughout. Also, stopped all the floor squeaks because my house is over 50 years old. Kevin also repaired rod iron rail at the bottom of my exterior steps. Teko removed paneling and painted one bathroom and installed new stool and second bathroom with new stool and replaced all door handles. I was very pleased with all work done. Kevin and Teko were very easy to work with and I would hire them again in a heartbeat."
