Hi [Member Name Removed], I am sorry for the inconvenience, but it is a company policy that we do not take on irrigation systems we did not install ourselves. There are a lot of compatibility issues for us when we take on other systems due to the fact they use completely different parts and because of that maintaining/servicing these systems becomes extremely inefficient. Our process for when someone calls to service a system is to refer that person out to a reliable company in their area, so while we could not do the work we pointed you in the right direction to someone who could. Whenever someone calls and we can not take on their system we always refer them out to a company that does work in that specific area, hence why the conversation was similar from two years ago.
