"Professional, courteous, came on time. the pet odor was taken care of in the back bedroom. Stains removed, carpet looked clean and fresh. I had Tom redo the bottom three stairs to the den. This carpet is a Berber and did not clean as well as the other stairwell. The Berber Carpet is a much tighter weave. The entire carpet took longer to dry than the stated 2 to 4 hours. "Shannon responded promptly to my message and despite playing phone tag a bit, we touched base the next day after I had called them. Her mother Carolyn set up appt. time...she was professional and accommodating, setting up a date for cleaning the following week, with the qualification that they would have a bigger job and would call after to let us know if they would have time. We set up an alternate date as well. The morning of first date , I called Carolyn to get better idea if they would come. She answered right away and informed me that the other job had been cancelled, so they would arrive in a 2 hour window, possibly sooner. They did arrive sooner, calling before hand. Carolyn went right to work vacuuming the upholstery, while Dorian mixed the solution and Shannon explained the process and providing cleaning tips. I was warned that not all stains were likely to come out. They finished in an hour, and when we came back home two days later to dry couch and chair, we were very pleasantly surprised with the result. A few stains remained, but they were much lighter, and overall, couch looked newer again."
