"Professional, courteous, came on time. the pet odor was taken care of in the back bedroom. Stains removed, carpet looked clean and fresh. I had Tom redo the bottom three stairs to the den. This carpet is a Berber and did not clean as well as the other stairwell. The Berber Carpet is a much tighter weave. The entire carpet took longer to dry than the stated 2 to 4 hours. "The two gentlemen came on time. However, I was given a price range for the sectional that was dependent on how many throw pillows and the size of the throw pillows. The works then gave a price that was almost $40 above the upper limit that I was quoted. When I told them that they were outside of the quote they said okay we will just charge the $200 which was the upper limit.
As for the cleaning itself it was just okay. I have two dogs that shed and they didnt even get all the hair off the couch. I also spilled some wax on the couch and they were not able to remove the wax or offer suggestions as to how to get it to come out.
