"When the A/C in a townhouse we own started failing (about 20yrs old), we searched for companies that could replace it . The first one was quite responsive, came out and did an assessment and gave us a quote to replace the HVAC system. Their price quote almost knocked us over. Looking for another alternative, we contacted MMDS and sent them pictures of the current set-up. Michael gave us a quote estimate over the phone that was thousands!! less than the original quote for the same equipment. We approved MMDS quote on a Tuesday, got the permit approved on Wed, and they installed the system on Friday. The installer was very professional and even fixed an issue with the dryer vent while he was there. The final price was exactly as originally quoted with no add-ons.
