"Nick and Mike came out from Superior Chimney just a few days after I called. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They listened to my concerns and then did a thorough inspection and walked me through everything they found and addressed all of my questions. They presented me with two reasonable options and didn't pressure me at all. I ended up purchasing the non-metal rubberized solution to fix my chimney crown. They promptly installed it.
