"It went great. The posts had to be tied into some angular non-traditional stairs. I could not figure out the cut, and I never did railings before so I decided I needed a professional. It was a small job only 3 steps but important and detailed. I had difficulty finding someone who wanted to take it on. Mike was very willing and confident he could do it. I was confident in Mike also, and was not even home when he was doing most of the work. Mike kept me informed with photos throughout the project. Final result looks great and is nice and strong. "It was a difficult project. It’s one of those small houses in Nortbrook where they are predominantly have car ports instead of a garage or a garage that was converted to an extra room. It was a project with many challenges structurally as well as meeting the strict NB codes. It was more than we thought price wise but again things came up unexpectedly. We had to replace our closet floor due to a neighbors leak, in our high rise building. After that, Memo sent me some suggestions for what type of products to order at Menards, for the job. I placed the order and he picked it up on day of install. He and another guy arrived on time and immediately went to work. They cleaned up after they were done, and were out the door within a couple hours. Memo answers all of my questions within minutes when I emailed him. He was a pleasure to work with and professional.
