If possible, monitor and try to control the communications with the building inspector as they could inadvertantly steer you in the wrong direction. The primary reason for the negatives is that Roman had no experience with the product and the product creates many challenges for the carpenter/installer. Those negatives aside, the work outcome as I first stated is excellent. Roman is a stickler for measuring and doing things right all while learning the product on the job. The deck is beautiful."

Due to weather, the project had to wait a little longer, but Mike kept in contact and did what he said he was going to do in the initial meeting.
